The installation minds, maps and places features 5 videos, animations, voices and soundscapes,that are based on a series of workshops with six Public Schools in the Hunter Region.

The installation reflects topics of memory, home and travelling. It also questions the way childhood changes in our society and explores the way young people experience, perceive and remember their environment.

This work was developed as a part of the artist in residence program by the Maitland Regional Art Gallery.
